Welcome to Unbreaking News - for those wanting a break from the breaking kind.

The world seen from a slightly skewed, multiple perspective—past and present, abroad and at home, whether some antics about semantics in faraway places or seemingly critical developments at home—reflecting a life lived (and diplomatic work done) in ten countries plus the United States, delivered without panting or hype.
